Wasn't sure how to post the video, so I've uploaded it as a
private video on YouTube. I am shocked at this, what an invasion
of privacy.
The junction is definitely Ealing Village, though I don't
remember this at all. Traffic was moving but seemed to stop
suddenly, I don't remember why. You can see my try to turn to
change lanes while they zoom into my face.

stopped for about 7 or 8 seconds that's is visible in box before
lorry hides view. zoom in doesnt show the bow but vehicle had
already exited.
7-8 seconds i doubt would be de minimis at tribunal. hopefully
there will be another avenue.

Hope you managed to successfully challenge this. I did because
they had addressed the PCN to a company secretary who doesnt
exist. Its a rotten place to get done.
