Tower hamlets. Parked outside dropped kerb driveway of own home.

I always park outside my house on a single yellow before the
restrictions start I move my car. This is the first time I’ve
received a pcn here which I think it’s because of the drop kerb
to my own garage. Any luck here?

If you were blocking your own driveway, then you should submit
reps on that basis. Looks like a new CEO may have been allocated
to that particular patrol. Basically, one can park blocking a
driveway with the resident's permission. Question is, why not
just park your car on your property not in the street ?

Looks like you are parked across two garages including one that
says no parking - could your neighbour have called the council
to ticket you?

Get a statement from in-laws saying they give you permission.
As for their PCN, where exactly was their car.
Note that although the garages may be too small for cars they
can accommodate motorbikes.
