I just checked the payment page again - the text in the box at
the bottom of the page has now changed to:
"The amount outstanding on the PCN is £80.00, and will increase
to £160.00 on Tue, 10 Feb 2026. Please pay £80.00 now."
Date of notice on the PCN is 20 Jan, so the 10 Feb date for the
discount seems off (although longer than the 14 days described
on the PCN itself). Odd!

Hi, I have now had a response from Hackney rejecting my appeal.

They are still offering the discount which seems tempting
despite the confused payment dates offered on their website,
although [member=24]Hippocrates[/member] curious to know if your
recent case has been resolved yet?
