Well, it seemed to me, from your narrative, that your client
was less than helpful when you enquired about parking. If they'd
told you that you could not park anywhere except in a
pay-to-park bay, you wouldn't have got the PCN.

Ahh sorry yes I understand now. They would have known as they
live there very cruel of them. I sent the appeal today? Fingers
crossed. Working with another family next week and they have
already offered a visitors permit if I drive, much more helpful!
