       I should think "time into red" is an important factor. Plus I
       doubt they will offer a course if an accident was caused.

       Anecdotally, it was always rumoured to be anything <3s would be
       considered. Whether there is any truth in that I don't know.
       The various Police sites just state that you may be eligible if
       you have not completed another safety course within 3 years,
       excluding NDORS SACs.
       I think it is a wait and see unfortunately.
