PCN 51 J - Westminster - Failure to comply with no entry

So I landed two penalties here (10 minutes apart). The road was
only signposted with a single no entry sign and with a very
distressed and unsettled child I probably missed it.
I am not entirely happy with the placement of the sign and its
dead straight angle given the single sign and when turning in
visibility due to A-pillars of the sign. The sign was also unlit
unlike others.
I’ll get the letter attached soon.

There doesn't seem to be any other sign saying no left, and
indeed on Maps the no entry was twisted showing a misleading
directional arrow but it seems to have been fixed.

Thanks for your reply, Yep, there is no left turn sign.
That sign has been fixed, but it's angle is poor (dead straight)
in front of the hotel and only a single sign. It would be much
easier if it had a no left turn or at least if the sign was
actually angled a bit better towards the driver as the road I
was on was also one way.
