You are slightly behind me in the same process. Incandescent is
correct - now that TH have been ordered to cancel the charge
certificate it is now up to them to reissue the original PCN
       that you did not receive.
As you can see from the history of mine below it may take some
time for them to do this so please ensure you regularly check
their portal for changes. The amount outstanding will change
from £251.00 back down to £80.00 and you will have something
similar to mine in the Key Events area.

What is the date of the order from TEC cancelling the charge
       certificate?

Thank you. I am just scared I conveniently wont receive the PCN
again. I have seen it may not include the original ‘discounted’
rate you get for paying within 14 days either - so am I still
expected to pay the full original amount?
I will keep an eye on the online portal to monitor any changes
       though. Thanks again

Amazing thank you. So yours says PCN issued (again) so does that
mean you’re waiting for it now, or can you now view the newly
       issued PCN online?
       Thanks for response

       Which council?
It should be effectively a new PCN in this case, so should get
the discount offer - and you can appeal, and they will likely
re-offer it (unless it was Havering).

I'm waiting for mine to be delivered as it was reissued Friday
early hours of the morning so will be working its way through
the postal system after the bank holiday weekend plus the
distance to my registered address. Whether it has a new PCN
number or not I don't know yet until it arrives but the portal
does show the charge has been changed back to £80 since that
last update from the £251 it was sat at.

Haha I think I have had one in having before - this is Tower
       Hamlets
It seems matey aboves has been put to £80 which I’m going to
assume isn’t a discounted rate - I’ll keep an eye on the portal.
I had to wait from December until a couple months ago for them
to even register it, I was checking the TEC and their portal
constantly it’s like a part time job - thanks for response

I assume the £80 is not the discounted rate? Perhaps the paper
will say different - fingers crossed for both of us and thanks
       for response
