       I have this prepared if you can advise if it is sufficient,  my
       document does show the parking ticket, PDT showing partial reg
       number and bank statement
       Dear Sir/Madam,
       Re: Napier Parking PCN Ref
       BW Legal Reference:
       I am responding to your recent Letter of Claim.
       Please find attached my formal response along with a complete
       evidence pack demonstrating that:

       exactly at the time my vehicle entered the car park;
       •
       •
       “NAPIER PARKING LTD”.
       The only issue was a minor keying error, which is recognised in
       industry guidance as requiring cancellation or, at most, a
       nominal administrative fee. Pursuing £100–£170 in such
       circumstances is disproportionate and unreasonable.
       I request that your client now discontinues this baseless claim.
       If proceedings are issued despite clear evidence that the tariff
       was paid, I will seek a strike out and costs for unreasonable
       conduct under CPR 27.14(2)(g).
       Please confirm that this matter is now closed.
