Hello, I wonder if someone is able to advise please.
Have been asked to help with this so am posting here and would
appreciate some advice on what they should do next?

I don’t have the original PCN but if other information is
required, please let me know and I’ll try and get copies.
As far as I understand, they paid for parking, received a ticket
and appealed the PCN which was rejected.

circumstances that gave rise to the PCN.

We need to see the unredacted PCN and paybyphone receipt - the
latter we need to see something with start time and VRM.
