Lewisham, No code, Lewisham way, Stopped on redroute (in bay),

On Monday the 22nd Dec 8:30, I received a penalty charge for
stopping in a marked parking bay on a red route, handed to me by
a police officer. I did not notice that the sign said no
       stopping except 10-4pm for loading.
I was in the van at the time of them taking the pictures as
evidence, and the engine was on (lights are on in pictures). I
would've been stopped there for no longer than 2 minutes had I
not asked them why they were taking a picture of my van (whilst
I was in it). They have uploaded 3 photos as evidence with the
       time stamps: 8:29:49, 8:30:58, and 8:31:11
       PCN number: GF85533996

OK, but the sign is shown in their photos as right by the front
of your van, so difficult to make this an argument.
Nice to know you got a PCN direct, rather than getting a postal
PCN derived from CCTV, which is money for old rope and shouldn't
be allowed for marked bays. Having said that, your van is
slightly over the double-red lines so they could have served the
       PCN for that alone.
What was the reason for stopping ?
And can you post the real PCN, please, we need to see it, all
sides, as it may contain fatal errors

I didn't really have a "valid" reason for stopping in the first
place so I understand if there's nothing that can be done.
       here is the full pcn:

the back of the pcn is blank.
Thank you for taking the time to have a look at this.

What makes you think the reason for stopping is invalid ? Best
if you tell us, then you'll know whether it's valid or not.
Thanks for posting up the PCN. We don't see many of these
because TfL rely on CCTV so much. And the PCN is actually signed
       properly, wow !!!
Other point is - are you the owner of the van, and hold the V5C
Registration Certificate ? Reason for asking is that the owner
of a vehicle has legal responsibility for payment or appealing
       PCNs.
