Thank you DWMB2,it seems that is the cover letter for the link
at the bottom of their page to be filled in either admitting the
debt or denying the debt.This is to be returned within 30 days
of the dated LbC, which means by February 7th but I only
received this on
20/01/26

You do not have to use their silly form, for which you have
provided an invalid link, by the way.
The forum has plenty of responses to Moorside’s LoCs, for
example

/>which you can use as a starting point. Essentially it fails in
all material aspects and you can’t respond sensibly to it, other
than to say that the claimed debt is denied.

Apologies for the invalid link, using forums is not my strong
point. Do I respond to the LbC denying the debt and asking for
the required documentation proof as per the template's and can I
use Moorside’s help@ “unmonitored” email address, or do I not
correspond still at this point. Thanks in advance.

I have recieved a claim from dated march 18th 2026. have started
