HELP - Ludlow Road Car Park Maidenhead

I have received a PCN for £85 from Green Parking. The photo
shows one of the cars registered in my name in the photo. What
i can see in the app is that a payment was made for the same car
park but for another car registered in my name for the same
date. How do i go about solving this situation please. The date
on the notice is 11th Dec 2025 and it refers to a 9th Dec image.

You’ve redacted too much, such as the issue date of the PCN
itself.
We need more information than you’ve given in order to advise
you properly, and the link you were given above gives the
necessary advice.
Is the issue date 11/12/25 as you say?
There appears to be no “period of parking” on the notice, which
is required if the liability is to be transferred from the
unknown driver to the registered keeper. If you haven’t
identified the driver, they can’t claim anything from the
registered keeper.

If you search the forum for

you will find other cases of non-compliance with PoFA, for

will be rejected, but then they will have to provide a POPLA
code where you will have to submit a more precisely reasoned
appeal.

So far they are also missing 'an invitation for the keeper to
pay the charge'.
