OK, fair enough, but so far I've read nothing that might form a
robust appeal. The plain fact is the council photos show the
suspension sign is only yards away from your car. Of course, you
have the absolute right in law to take Newham all the way to
London Tribunals if they reject your representations, (informal
challenge, and formal against the Notice to Owner), but it would
be with the full PCN penalty in play. With this is mind you have
to explain why the notice was not seen.
I have looked again at the photos, and the suspension notice
does not have the usual 'wings' to make it more prominent from
each side, the notice itself faces the carriageway, so you could
put this in as a reason.

Thank you.
Does anyone else have any other thoughts on this ? Please give a

Understood. Thanks for pointing this out. This entire 01A code
for PCN appears scandalous to me for a variety of reasons.
Bump again as my last day for my 14 day period is expiring.
