       I doubt you will find a single case that has actually gone to
       court.
       DCB Legal starts the process because they know many people
       ignore it, so they get a judgment in default.
       If defended, the case gets allocated to a court local to you and
       it’s not worth the expense of pursuing it, so they will
       discontinue, in the vast majority of cases.
