Keep an eye on your spam folder and if you haven't received
anything further after 28 days from the date of appeal, chase
them.

Well we have finally had a reply from Parkmaven:

Nothing, surely?
Does that not just say that theyre no longer pursuing you, but
someone else instead?
I would advise keeping but filing any paperwork in case they
change their minds again.

I get what you are saying, but my concern is that the person
they are pursuing are a. the lease company, b. my fleet manager
- therefore it will ultimately come back to the driver?

Park Malvern have contacted the company fleet manager > passed
parking charge to driver.
An issue with this is that the date issued is 6 Feb 26, with 14
days to bay (20 Feb 26) or charge raises to £100. The driver has
only received this today (25 Feb 26), therefore the charge is
now £100.
Does the driver have a challenge against the ticket entirely or
if not, to have the charge reduced back to £60?
