       At 1sec into the red it is possible you may be offered an
       awareness course, so long as you have not attended a similar one
       within the proceeding 3 years. I'm not sure if that also
       includes Speed Awareness Courses or not though.

       For refernce, a speed awareness course and a red light course
       are separate entities i.e. you can undertake both in the same
       time period.
