After entering the pcn number and registration, i was bought to
vehicle keeper details page,
I selected from the dropdown, I am not the registered keeper,
Relationship to registered keeper: Hirer
Supporting documents: I didn’t include any
In Representation details:
I selected: The contravention did not occur
Next page:
I included my appeal
I attached the booking cancellation
Next page:
I entered my contact details and submitted.
I received an email (which went to spam folder):
Your representation has been submitted.
A response will be sent to the registered keeper / liable party.
The enforcement process is now suspended. We aim to respond to
you within 15 days. Please contact us in 21 days if you have not
received a response.

I have received a reply:
Notice of Acceptance
Thank you for your representation regarding the above detailed
penalty charge notice (PCN).
We are pleased to inform you that following a review of the
issue of the PCN, together with the circumstances and points
raised, the representation has been accepted and we have
cancelled the PCN.
Please note that PCNs issued in the same or similar
circumstances in the future may not be cancelled.
