Why wouldn't you give them their own references? Just give them
the PCN reference and the VRM of the vehicle!

I have now received a Letter Before Claim, from Moorside Legal
that reads as follows:

To whom it may concern,
With reference to your Letter Before Claim which I received
today;
I am the vehicle keeper and I totally refute your claim that I
owe these 'invoices'.
Your letter is vague in the extreme and gets no where near the
standard required for Pre-action Protocol.
Once I am furnished with a compliant LBC I will be able to make
a more comprehensive response.
I am sorry that I cannot help you further at this point.
