       Further to my last post, I have taken advice, and suggest that
       you PM either CP8759 or Hippocrates who can give further advice
       on an appeal to the adjudicators based on the defense of
       "procedural impropriety"  Basically, judgments in the High Court
       have determined that an adjudicator must allow an appeal if
       'proocedural impropriety' by the enforcing authority is proven.
