       Tottenham Court Road W1 - PCN

       Hello, I got 2 PCN on Tottenham Court Road W1 by junction
       Chenies Street & by junction Great Russel Street. One on 15:53
       and the second on 15:54 on Saturday 15/11/2025.
       Do I have an Argument to only pay one of them?
