Hi, I have just been sent a letter from BWLegal on behalf of
Countrywide Parking Management. They are offereing 'helpful'
payment plans for the £170 debt. If I dont respond by January
6th they will send a notice of Claim. I have scanned the
document and it is here:

This is the 8 minutes parking at a free car park in the doctors
surgery.
Do I respond?

Did you not properly read that letter?

As already advised, more than once, come back when you receive
and actual LoC. Anything else is just useless debt recovery cr@p
and can be safely ignored.

Apologies, I missed that bit. I have also had an email from
them (no idea how they got my email address) but will ignore all
until the LOC arrives. Thank you.

Email is the best medium with which to maintain communication
with them.

They are emailing me constantly with 'helpful' payment
suggestions but as advised I am ignoring all of them until they
send a Letter of Claim. Hopefully that is the correct thing to
do.
