Ok got the predicted LOC from DCB Legal.
Do I submit an AoS or go straight ahead and use the same defence
I was given when I got a similar demand from Euro Car Parks a
while back, already?
Sorry imgbb.com is down at the moment but I assume most
moderators on here know what a DCB LOC looks like!

Do you have a Letter of Claim from DCB Legal or a N1SDT county
court claim form issued by the courts with their name on it?

If it's a Letter of Claim, then a short reply

See my other post. You can't send an Acknowledgment of Service
to a Letter of Claim. When you get the N1SDT claim form, we need
to see that, with personal details and the password but NOT
dates redacted.

Yes, I'm just looking at Jfollows reply to me. Just trying to
figure out 'the reasons why, together with an explanation as to
which facts and parts of the claim are disputed'. Any wording
for me would be appreciated.
