       A family member got a PCN parked on a Sunday. I assume the area
       is a business park with a bar near by. Any grounds for appeal?

       the big penny social and got a pcn.

       The allegation says "[i]Payment not made /  permit not obtained
       in accordance with notified terms.[/I]" So, what do the signs
       where the vehicle was parked say?
