Hello, I sent TFL the above and copied in Bristow & Sutor in
November. No contact until this week. Now, I'm receiving emails,
texts & phone calls to say this case is urgent and will be
escalated. 'We may attend your property from tomorrow to seize
goods. You have had ample chances to comply. We must now enforce
your debt.'
I previously (naively) tried to tell them that they have the
wrong person but they've taken no notice. I have the email
address of the 'telephone collections agent'. Do I engage with
them ? If they keep contacting me, I'd like to sue for
harassment.
