My Tribunal was scheduled for 29/09/2026, but I received the
following email from London Tribunals over the weekend:

I don't have any experience with the tribunal process, but I'd
like to think that Merton pulled out because they thought they
wouldn't win.
Posting this here in case someone receives the same ticket in
the future

It's a shame this didn't go to adjudication as if won it would
have been a good reference, which may be why Merton pulled out
(although their rejection would have been found wanting).
