Wait pl.
For others to peer review some thoughts pl:
Date of service is incorrect(see page 1). Where the hell does 3
days come from?
Where is Procedural Impropriety listed under Statutory Grounds
of Representation?
If 3 days is incorrect then all other mandatory references which
use 'beginning on the date of service' must be wrong.
