       UPDATE: Appeal Allowed :D
After a long wait, the tribunal had been due to take place
today. However, TfL did not submit their evidence pack, and
yesterday I received notification from the Tribunal that TfL
will not contest my appeal, and therefore my appeal has been
       allowed!
Apologies [member=8646]AlexS[/member] for failing to reply to
the thread. I haven't been on here in a while! I did receive an
FTLA email in March notifying me that you'd messaged me. I hope
you received my reply. Did you challenge it?
I would strongly encourage anyone who gets caught out on this
stretch of road to challenge it. I think it's highly unfair for
any PCNs to be issued here given the number of issues noted.
Finally, many thanks [member=24]Hippocrates[/member] for all
your help with this matter! Hugely appreciated!
