Nip received 21 days after offence

Hi Nip issued 21 days after offence.
I was caught by speed camera going 26mph on 20mph speed limit. I
drive company van that is leased.
-Offence 18/09/25 location A308 Thames St nr Church St E/B TW12
(9846)
-Nip received 09/10/2025 by my employer (registered keeper)
As this nip was issued 21 days after the offence I believe it
doesen't meet 14 day rule.
Will that be the grounds to challenge this ticket?

I've read it all through but never thought my employer is
actually not on V5 :-(
