       EURO CARPARKS LIMITED - COUNTY COURT JUDGMENT LETTER

       Hi Guys,
       My friend has received the county court judgment letter from
       Euro car parks ltd.
       He has paid the parking charges, but the company is saying you
       have not paid, as they think he has not typed in the correct
       information and his car is not showing on their system or his
       Reg details.
       I told him you have a case , as you paid the parking charges and
       also you are saying i input the correct information, so this is
       like their words against his word.
       Please advise, as you help will be much appreciated.

       Subject: Claim [insert claim number] — Evidence of Payment and
       Request for Discontinuance
       Dear Sir or Madam,
       I am writing regarding County Court Claim [Claim Number], issued
       by Euro Car Parks Ltd.
       I dispute this claim in full. I made payment for the parking
       session on [date] at [location], using the payment machine/app
       provided. I enclose/attach proof of this payment (bank
       transaction/receipt).
       The only issue appears to be that the vehicle registration may
       have been entered incorrectly by a single character. However,
       the payment was made in good faith, for the correct date, time,
       and location.
       As payment was received, no financial loss occurred, and
       continuing with the claim would be unreasonable and a waste of
       the court’s time. I therefore request that Euro Car Parks
       discontinue the claim immediately or confirm consent to a
       withdrawal.
       If you require further details of the payment or supporting
       evidence, please let me know.

       I am writing regarding County Court Claim [Claim Number] issued
       by Euro Car Parks Ltd.
       I dispute this claim in full, as I paid for the parking session

       It appears your system did not correctly match my payment to my
       vehicle due to a minor registration input error. However, the
       payment corresponds exactly to the time and location in
       question, and no loss was caused to Euro Car Parks.
       In view of this evidence, I request that Euro Car Parks
       discontinue this claim immediately or confirm consent to
       withdraw the proceedings. Continuing with court action despite
       clear proof of payment would be unreasonable and a waste of the
       court’s time.
       Please confirm receipt of this email and that the claim will be
       discontinued.

       Oh, deep joy. Yet another vicarious post "on behalf of" a friend
       who has insufficient interest in his own case to post here
       himself, with contradictory information, and missing most of the
       information that you are told we need every time you do this.

       "the" means the definite article. There is no "the" county court
       judgment letter - and if it is a letter informing him that they
       have a county court judgment against him, it's a bit late for
       the responses you are suggesting. If they do not have a county
       court judgment against him, you are simply wasting everyone's
       time with lies.
