She appears to have been parked pretty much where the grey Fiat
500 is -
HTML https://maps.app.goo.gl/gaMXiFBTP8LkUJS6A
- on the
bridge over the IDR.
Not that this carries any weight in law, but I've lived on the
Oxford Road for about 27 years, and I didn't know where Howard
Street is until I googled it (next turning on the left from the
location of the OP's car).
That said, from where he was parked, she should have been able
to see the location sticker on the side of the machine in her
driver's side wing mirror.

I see you posted the rejection. They saying your session was not
valid.
I can see red route orders on their site but the one that covers
Oxford Road makes no mention of telephone/electronic payment for
pay bays.
In a later one for east Reading we see:
31. Upon using a Telephone Payment Parking System to leave a
Vehicle in any Parking Place as
specified in Schedule 8 of this Order, during the Permitted
Hours, the Driver of the said Vehicle
shall be required to provide the following information:
a) the make of the Vehicle that has been left in the Parking
Place; and
b) the colour of the Vehicle that has been left in the Parking
Place; and
c) the registration mark of the Vehicle that has been left in
the parking place;
d) the location code of the parking place which is identified on
the traffic signs within the parking
place;
e) the time duration required to leave the Vehicle in the
Parking Place.
32. Payments made using a Telephone Payment Parking System or an
Electronic Payment System
apply only to the Parking Places associated with the provided
location identification number.
Which tells us that the code should be on the parking sign.
But whether this is worth punting the extra £25 I'm not sure -
if it were me I'd have a go. They must be reminded that they
choose to use RingGo and they have a duty to act fairly where
there's no loss over a footling neighbouring location issue.

The picture of the parking sign taken by the CEO has no code.

It’s the one that says 9435 2nd to last phot you uploaded.
What should I say to them in the challenge to try and fight this
?

Should I advise that the signage itself didn’t have the parking
code even though the parking meter did have the code?

The metal plate on a pole at the side of the road with writing
on it i(and a sticker saying "Famagusta on tour") is a traffic
sign. The photo you are referring to is of a parking payment
machine. A parking payment machine is not a traffic sign, even
though both of them are metal and have writing on them.
