Just to conclude. I lost at POPLA and ignore their subsequent
threatening letter. Looks like they haven't taken this forward.

You can 'breathe easy' right now.
These people have now power and are nothing more than playground
bullies.
We just follow a process - it's all part of a game to the
parking operators - we just play it better than they do.
