Would appreciate help in seeing if I can appeal this
effectively. I don't have any memory of going here unfortunately
so can't provide details 😅

As you've posted here before you could at least put the borough
name in the thread title and the contravention as well as
location.
Anyway, doesn't look good although it's combined with a width
restriction it seems.

What do you mean by the width restriction?

There's 7ft width restriction there which is distracting and
possibly ambiguous.

Could I argue that my car is within the restriction and so
penalty shouldn't have been issued?

My appeal was unfortunately rejected and I was sent this letter.

They have re-offered the discount, and to be frank, I don't
think you could present a winning appeal to an adjudicator at
London Tribunals; the signs are clear enough IMHO.
