I won at Tribunal - Wokingham Council did not contest the
Tribunal Appeal
Their comments :-
“Contravention did not occur, vehicles exit was largely clear,
though it cannot be determined if they had space to clear the
box fully, and no stationary vehicle prevented them from
exiting. Driver stopped voluntarily within YBJ to allow vehicles
to pass in front, this is not covered by the wording of the
contravention.”
Strange that they rejected the initial appeal….

Well done.
Councils reject virtually all representations as they know that
if they do >95% of people then just cough up. Yes it is
unethical and shows their arrogance and insolence to the
citizen, but there's nobody doing anything about it in
Government. Maybe consider how you vote at the next council
election, and general election ?
