TFL - Stoke Newington 46: Stopped when prohibited (on a red
route or clearway)

Hi,
PCN number: GX29609306
Reg: RV15UOB
Received a ticket from TfL for red route. Sign allows you to
stop for 20 mins for loading (I was handing in 3 parcels at the
post office).
Not sure if I exceeded the 20 mins as the pictures on TfL
website don’t show total time there.

Thanks!

Sorry, but IMG seem to have withdrawn from the UK, so you need
to use another hosting site.

So you parked here: -

And you're correct, 20 mins for loading.
Have you kept the paperwork for the parcel delivery to the post
office ? If so, submit representations that you were engaged in
loading, namely the depositing of three parcels at the local
post office, and include copies of your collateral. Post up
their response when you get it.
Note the loading symbol covers all loading, it is not restricted
to goods vehicles.
