Payment isn't going to be a problem (in the short term). After
you have accepted the 3rd offence, you will not be offered a
Conditional Offer of a Fixed Penalty as another 3 points would
cause you to tot up.
So all the following offences will see you attending court, at
which you will banned for 6 months unless you can come up with a
compelling exceptional hardship argument that court accepts.
Court fines can sometimes paid in instalments.

Alright this is good news. I will wait to end of next week then
to identify the others.

At the bottom of page 2 is a DOC REF date in DD MM YY format -
what does it say? (This is the date the DVLA issued this V5C)

What is the date after the DocRefNo. at the bottom of page 2 of
your V5C?[quote author=Believe82
link=topic=8287.msg92864#msg92864 date=1759658862]
Chronology of the NIPs and actual status:
Identified:
Offense on the 13/08 - NIP 24/09 - paid (at time I thought I had
only 2 so I paid one and was going to pay the second)
Offense on the 11/08 - NIP 24/09 - Identified COFP 30/09 (was
going to pay this at the end of the month as I dont have money
at the moment)
Yet to Identify myself:
Offense on the 05/08 - NIP 02/10
Offense on the 07/08 - NIP 02/10
Offense on the 14/08 - NIP 02/10
Offense on the 19/08 - NIP 02/10
Offense on the 22/08 - NIP 02/10[/quote]
NIP <date> is meaningless as written. Is that the date the NIP
was issued (the date printed on the NIP) or the date it was
delivered?
What is the date at the bottom left of page 2 of your V5C (just
to the left of the barcode)?

These are the dates on the NIP document, they arrived 2 days
after at least the ones from October did.
Day on V5C 26 08 23

2 days would be in the post.
Well, as far as I can tell, you have a defence to the speeding
charges as the NIP's were not served in time, i.e. the '14 day
rule'.
(But note the part about nominating the driver as this is a
separate offence not requiring the 14 days).
Either there is something or the camera unit are 'trying it on'.
(Of course, if you name the driver and just pay and take the
points they aren't going to 'complain')
You may wish to call them tomorrow and ask why they are issuing
NIP's after the 14 day requirement and see what they say...

This ^
If the OP is the RK and has been for over a year, he needs to
find out if the NIPs he received more than 14 days after the
alleged speeding offences were the first NIPs or were reminders.
What about the first NIP he received and paid the COFP without
question? If that too turns out to have been late can he get
the money and points back?

You say that you have not moved in over a year but the V5C is
over two years old?
