Pl post J, their Case Summary and the traffic order which would
be in their evidence. We should see exactly what the adjudicator
will see.

Where are the Schedule, specifically that part related to this
estate, and have the authority highlighted in the Order the
provision(s) which you're alleged to have breached?

I missed these items from Category B the case summary.
As for highlighting any order provisions that I have allegedly
breached, I'm not sure.

Does anyone have anything to add before the tribunal?

Where's the provision which creates and defines the prohibition
of 'obstruction'.
The Case Summary is insulting: the photos are not
self-explanatory (as regards showing obstruction'), they simply
show a car parked. ONLY by reference to a provision in an order
which is then conveyed by clear signage on site could they begin
to prove a contravention of 'causing obstruction'.

Some adjudicators think that entry sign signifies an off-street
car park. It doesn't as it's what's used in an on-street permit
parking area. There is no mention of off-street/estate parking.
Is my take.

Even if, in theory, the entry sign signifies an off-street car
park, surely that wouldn't matter as there would still be terms
& conditions of use required to be signposted in order for a
motorist to know what they are supposed to have avoided, will
result in a penalty

I'm saying that you need to head of any thought that there is
any signage relevant to the alleged contravention and in the
case summary Southwark flatly denies the PPA sign is a PPA sign.
I think the main issue you have is where they say you should be
well aware you need to park in marked bays.
Make alist of the all the issues to ebsure you flag them all
with the adjudicator if needs be.
