Islington - Suspended bay

Hello, again!
I have a PCN from Islington council regarding parking in a
suspended bay.
I did not notice the suspended bay sign when I parked, as the
bay was over 10 meters away and partially obscured by a large
tree.
Any ideas on how to respond would be greatly appreciated.
I have uploaded photos, my initial response (via web form) and

You need to put in some work if you want help.
Again you've posted an NTO but this time also a challenge and a
rejection.
Tell us what's going on and post the docs as images so we can
see them.

Wondering if anyone has any good ideas for this one? I would
argue that the signage was obscured by a tree from where I
parked
