There will be more from this council and others. Their belief
that their website is ok is wholly misconceived.
The grounds of appeal on the website for 34J are standard and
used by multiple authorities and meet all the current
requirements.
This statement is not only completely unhinged but also "wholly
certifiable" - my new phrase.

Well well, they applied for a review. Have not seen it but they
were told to research the law etc. 8)

I am grateful for the decision but it would appear spelling
isn't the adjudicator's strong point.
