I think that is accurate. They failed to address my point about
the signs, merely stating "there are multiple clear traffic
signs....at this location". They did not mention the evidence I
submitted to the contrary.
They did not comment on my point about timing.

Can anyone add anything further? Or is that one sentence pretty
much it?
Thanks all.

You don't have to do anything other than register the appeal.
You can upload other material later to support your
representations. I can't see there is anything to say at this
stage other than what I suggested. If they contest they will
send you a case summary you can respond to with the adjudicator.

As said above, the 18th is the deemed date of service. I am
dealing with two High Court issues at present and will help you
draft your appeal. Please PM me your e mail address. I simply do
not have the time to advise on here and do all the other
necessary chores in daily life. As this is a bus lane case, I'll
make an exception and offer my free services.

This absolutely disgusts me as there is a warning/caveat which
MUST be ticked at the bottom which states this:
I understand that a false declaration on this form may result in
prosecution or a fine, upon conviction, of up to £5,000.
What about the false information as in red! FCA! High Court time
for this lot too. In the Mood (Glen Miller)

Well this will be a right cracker. They are convinced that their
website is pretty standard and is correct. DOH!
