Smart Parking fine

Hi,
I received a fine at OK Diner (Wales service station) from Smart
Parking. Signage is up which states customer use only (which I
assume your reg plate had to be entered inside).
I literally used the bathroom and images show my vehicle with
arrival/exit times from 10:47 - 10:57.
Do I have any grounds for appeal?

Please post the PCN, and get out of you head that it is a fine -
it is a speculative invoice from a parking co for an alleged
breach of contract.

There was no other signage that I could see, other than the
'customers only' signs around the car park.

Should I reply and say that I didn't actually park my car and
was sat in my running vehicle.
