So I checked last night and the fee went up by £10. Got home
from work today and I have received the order of recovery. Just
so I’m not mistaken, all I have to do now is fill out the PE3
form and send it off. And I believe I also have to do this in
front of a solicitor is this true?

You can fill the details of the form in, but do NOT sign it
until your witness is present. The "Applicant" is the council,
not you. You are the "Respondent".

Hi everyone. I sent the statutory declaration off on the 10th of
November. I called up TEC on the day and they advised me i could
send it on email. Apparently they didnt receive it as ive got a
letter from bailiffs today. I spoke with TEC to address the
issue, they assured me that they hadn’t received it but to send
it again with a screenshot attached from the original email. Any
advise? Im concerned that TEC wont be much help and the leeter
from the bailiffs said to contact them by the 18th. I sent them
over a message and got a automated reply saying agents were busy
and would get back to me, still nothing, couldnt get through to
anyone when i called either.

Do you have a timed email shot you can send and certain it was
transmitted to the right address?
