Contravention 33E Using a restricted route Camrose Avenue Harrow

Good afternoon, I am seeking help on behalf of my wife who has
received a PCN from Harrow Council whilst driving her company
car on business.
Does she have any means to appeal the fine/contravention.
Any help much appreciated.

Good morning,
I believe we have until the 01st October to pay the reduced
amount but would like to know if we have any grounds to appeal
this.
I note from research that this bus gate is infamous, but has
been challenged successfully in the past at tribunal.
Can anyone offer any help please.
