       Well well, Trafford Council decided to cancel the PCN after my
       representations following the NTO.
       I basically just kept saying the kerb blips were faded.
       They said they would cancel it on this occasion but any repeat
       on the same road would result in a ticket.
       I'm a happy bunny.
