       In my experience on these forums, YPS have often been useless,
       washing their hands of any issues and ensuring they present
       themselves solely as a middleman. But credit where it is due in
       this case. I wonder if, had they done this, they might have
       sought to recover the cost from the person renting out the
       space. I would imagine their T&Cs contain some sort of
       requirement that those renting out a space have suitable
       standing to do so, without the end user receiving PCNs.
