The letters you have posted show that you hired a car from
Enterprise, then two PCNs were sent to them during your hire
period for moving traffic offences which they then paid. They
are now collecting the money from you. You need to look at their
conditions of hire, because at the moment, you have no standing
in the matter because under the decriminalised legislation for
parking and traffic offences, the owner of the vehicle has
responsibility for PCNs incl paying or appealing.

Thanks for that, but I was looking for advice to appeal. The
guidance on here says to not contact the council first, I wanted
to know what the charge for moving was and then see if I can
challenge it

challenge

I am not sure you have fully understood the significance of what
Incandescent was saying.
If Enterprise (or anyone else for that matter) has paid the
Penalties, then as far as Camden are concerned the case is
closed (payment is seen as an issue of liability) and Camden
have no furthjer interst in the matter..
Your beef is now with Enterprise - what does the 'small print'
in your hire agreement with them say abour fines and penalties?

Sorry brain not working I forgot you can see videos etc. I can't
post the or picture as imugur isn't working. It looks like this
has been appealed a few times and the area is restricted to
vehicles during a certain time. But there is no forewarning, and
no markings on the road. The sign is so high above a stretlamp
there is no way I would have seen it.ive used some wording from
similar posts and added my own bits there. Is this enough, I'm
scared to drive there now it's near my son's university still
can't see restrictions when I'm driving.

Ah I see I did misunderstand that. I have had fines reversed
when it had been paid by enterprise already and had my admin fee
refunded. Enterprises Stance is that I'm liable for all fines
and I would have to take it up with Camden
