       Post the whole of their rejection. It should contain mandatory
       info as regards your options. Appeals have been won on
       procedural irregularities at this stage even when the
       contravention is proved.
       Yes, £80 discount is still available. Thank you
       If it is then as regards the NOR it probably expires today in
       the best case. Their NOR was served on 29th August and therefore
       would have to say 'within 14 days of the date of service'.....
       ..but this is the part of the NOR we've not seen!

       Probably a little too late now, but here is the full rejection
       letter. I think i have until midnight before the £80 'discount'
       expires.
