Hi all,
Driver parked in a train station car park and paid for parking
at 14:25 (2 hours). Whilst away, they remembered their parking
had expired so bought another parking session at 19:24 (flat fee
from 18:00 until 23:59). When they returned, they found a PCN on
their vehicle issued at 18:18.
Please let me know if there is any technical reason this might
not be enforceable, otherwise they will pay the reduced charge
of £45 by 20th Sept. Many thanks in advance
