Banned from our local hostelry for no good reason whatsoever!
By: Hippocrates Date: September 10, 2025, 3:29 pm
---------------------------------------------------------
On Sunday night [member=15]astralite[/member] was subjected to
the most deplorable harassment in front of me and one other,
accusing her of upsetting a female member of staff.
The name of the hostelry: The Coronation Hall, Surbiton. J D
Wetherspoons.
Complaints registered of course.
Wait for it! The lady who has barred both of us is the same
person I helped get off a parking ticket last year.
I am incandescent!
Fools rush in, dear lady, where angels fear to tread.
As for their body cam equipment, I have my own and tis much more
discrete. My infallible musical memory. ;) *

One of the many reasons I won't use Wetherspoons except to use
the toilet. How is Astralite? We were in contact via email when
PPP closed down but I've not heard from her for a while.

I thought I would ask Sir Keir Starmer to ask his guest to "do a
deal with" Tim Martin to let me back in. :D

For someone like myself who has weak skin, I'm very prone to
cuts from things like this. Every risk assessment should take
into account the risks caused by installing something by trying
to prevent others injuring themselves by their own stupidity.
Thinks like high fences round railways, designed to prevent
idiots climbing on train roofs and electrocuting themselves on
25kV of electricity. "Oh but I broke my ankle trying to climb
the fence you put there to stop me killing myself" syndrome.
Maybe inform the H&S Executive, those objects are just as likely
to injure Dim Tim's staff.

Intention to sue for defamation and personal injury
Having been barred, I am now accused of loitering with intent. I
am intending to sue. I dropped off some leaflets pertaining to
the same at the AGM last week: 20th November in Chancery Lane. I
was injured on 10th June but the offending metallic object was
not removed until July - after another incident. Regarding the
banning of one other, their data team wrote the body cam was
switched off. Having perused the footage, it was seen to flash
three times at least. They refuse to say why you are banned,
what you allegedly said or to whom. This borders upon fascism.

I have given them until Thursday. Obviously, they describe
loitering on the foot path as me making a video! Molon lave
Wetherspoons.
