       The bay here is not subdivided into individual bays for a single
       vehicle. If the side of the street where you parked are even
       numbers, 98 follows 96 where you parked, so if any part of your
       vehicle was opposite No 98 the contravention is made out.  So
       you need to look very carefully at their photos. If the CEO has
       been a Dumbkopf and not taken pictures that show you were
       intruding into the frontage of No 98, then you have an excellent
       case.
       Be aware that councils reject >99 % of informal reps no matter
       how valid they are, because they know most people then cough-up
       to get the discount, not knowing enough about the law to be
       confident of taking matters further.

       Dear all, I just wanted to thank you for all of your help and
       advice. I persisted as recommended and Camden have no cancelled
       the PCN and apologised for the CEO's error! This is a great
       result, so thank you all again for your help.
