Camden - 33H - Restricted route - Tottenham Court Road / Chenies

Feel like this one might be a clear no chance case but thought
I’d check anyway.
My wife was headed south on Tottenham Court Road and was caught
in a bus/bike only stretch of the road just past the junction at
Chenies Street (exact pin here:

In her defence, she claims she saw no warning of the upcoming
restriction until after passing through the lights. Hard to tell
from GSV but the description of the signage seems fairly similar
to this successful appeal on the Howland Street junction:
